Job summary

BDO Digital is looking for a Business Analyst - New Grad to join our Business Applications team. The individual will be included in the following activities: Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing finance, supply chain, Human Resources, and Customer relationship management systems.

Work interactively with clients to gather their unique requirements and develop innovative and creative solutions to solve client challenges.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, CS, or any technology area.
• Strong relationship management and consulting acumen to design right solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives including CFOs and VPs.
• Experience leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing finance, supply chain, Human Resources, and Customer relationship management systems.
• Work interactively with clients to gather their unique requirements and develop innovative and creative solutions to solve client challenges.
• Configure ‘off-the-shelf’ business applications from leading technology vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Dayforce).
• Train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities.
• Support growth of BDO by contributing to internal practice initiatives.
