Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel (Québec) seeks a New Development Industrial PMTD Lead to ensure end-to-end delivery of all Industrial PMTD releases and to achieve VSM capabilities readiness across functions. You will architect multi-year roadmaps, synchronize streams EU/CAN, and drive major cutover events with a focus on training, change management, and operational continuity post-deployment.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a New Development Industrial PMTD Lead (Process, Method, Tool, Data) to join our Performance & Improvement team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will ensure the End-to-End (E2E) delivery of all Industrial PMTD releases to achieve VSM capabilities readiness across all functions.

You will be part of the Performance & Improvement team responsible for delivering all Industrial PMTD releases to achieve VSM capabilities readiness across all functions, and meeting Step X Program challenges.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as New Development Industrial PMTD Lead will be to:

• Architect the multi-year integrated Industrial PMTD roadmap;
• Synchronize delivery across all streams (EU/CAN);
• Drive cutover execution.

Your challenges:

• Architect the multi-year integrated Industrial PMTD roadmap, defining the scope and structure of all Releases;
• Act as the Industrial PMTD control tower, synchronizing delivery across all streams and functional stakeholders (EU/CAN);
• Drive the preparation, simulation, and execution of major Cutover events, securing training, change management, certification, and operational continuity post-deployment;
• Define, execute, and govern the formal handover of capabilities to the receiving "Run" organization (Business Functions & Digital) to ensure long-term stability and minimize service disruption;
• Ensure E2E delivery of all Industrial PMTD releases across Industrial, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics & Quality Operations;
• Direct accountability for $20M+ Non-Recurring Cost (NRC) execution.

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree / university degree;
• You have at least 15 years of relevant experience;
• You hold a Project Management certification;
• You possess strong broad industrial acumen;
• You have proven experience leading strategic transformation programs and translating corporate strategy into operational deliverables;
• You have the ability to work with complete autonomy and exert strategic/cross-functional influence.
