Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education with 5–7 years of related experience in organizational effectiveness in client services/insurance.
• Knowledge of administrative processing and best practices.
• Experience leading a team and managing day-to-day activities.
• Proven track record supervising, coaching and developing a service-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Establishes critical relationships across distribution channels and stakeholders.
• Leads workforce planning, role descriptions, postings and interviews.
• Develops employee development plans and coaches for career growth.
• Manages performance through structured programs and empowerment.
• Drives strategic unit plans and efficiency improvements.
