COMPENSATION :

  • On-target earnings Year 1 : $55,000+
  • On-target earnings Year 2 : $65,000+
  • On-target earnings Year 3 : $75,000+
  • Opportunity to earn and grow with uncapped commissions

YOUR ROLE

Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointmentsforthem with our licensed advisorswhoget them on our plan. Technically, we're known as "prospectors" : we find high-potentialcontacts andprepare them for a sales conversation.It'sall done over the telephone, from comfortable offices or from your own home (we offer a Hybrid working arrangement) during business hours, plus our Happy Friday Program, giving you every second Friday off!
