Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist – Neurovascular to support the Central-Western territory, including Alberta. You will work primarily with physicians in hospitals to provide clinical product support and help drive adoption of our Neurovascular portfolio.

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will refine local launch strategies, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and build relationships with key opinion leaders.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required; degree in business, engineering, or health sciences preferred.
• Minimum two years sales experience in healthcare/medical devices OR minimum three years technical healthcare experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work in a lab or operating room (OR) environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to travel at least 25%.
• Desire to work in a commission/bonus-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

• Achieve sales and market share objectives by effectively managing the territory.
• Serve as main contact for account management at hospitals in the territory.
• Execute national/regional/local sales and marketing strategies for Neurovascular products.
• Manage territory budget and administrative duties within POD structures.
• Solicit feedback, deliver promotional programs, and adapt to market changes.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
• Provide professional clinical support to physicians on the Neurovascular portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine initiatives and local launches.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and manage RFPs/RFQs.
