Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Associate Clinical Account Specialist based in Alberta to provide clinical support for the CARTO 3 system and Biosense Webster portfolio across hospital accounts. This permanent full-time role requires travel up to 25% and on-site collaboration with physicians, nurses, and technologists.

Qualifications

• University degree in health sciences, engineering, business or Cardiology Technologist diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical, technical or research work experience in a patient care, hospital environment or medical device background.
• Ability to complete a 12–16 month on-the-job training program on the Biosense Webster product portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional clinical support to physicians and health care providers on CARTO 3 in EP and OR suites.
• Support full Biosense Webster product portfolio for EP procedures including diagnostic and ablation catheters and RF generators.
• Serve as main contact for hospital accounts, including in-servicing, inventory management and equipment troubleshooting.
• Educate and train customers on CARTO 3, BW products, ablation techniques, and EP procedures.
