Your new role

As a Networking Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure. Your tasks will include:

• Managing and leading a team of network engineers and administrators
• Designing and implementing network solutions to meet business requirements
• Monitoring network performance and ensuring the reliability and security of the network
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other systems
• Developing and maintaining network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures
• Managing network projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvements in the network infrastructure

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Networking Manager or similar role
• Strong technical background in network design, implementation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in networking technologies and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
