Be a critical part of our Customer Operations team, which delivers world-class service, maintains thriving customer relationships, and provides valuable experience in addressing inquiries, offering technical assistance, processing orders, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Network Technicians are involved in testing, commissioning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and surveilling network-related equipment, cellular and radio sites, hardware, software, customer premises equipment, and other related tools.
Successful completion of an electrical/electronic engineering or computer technology program at a recognized technical institute or a university science degree in engineering, computing, or a relevant field.
OR
Current valid IT industry network certifications such as CISCO (CCENT or higher), CompTIA Network+, Nortel (NCSS or higher), and/or Microsoft.

For hybrid work arrangements, candidates must be based in Canada and report to a Bell office at least 3 days a week. Bell offers flexible work hours to support work-life balance.
