Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting is seeking an IT infrastructure professional to support and evolve our enterprise systems. The role focuses on maintaining servers, networks, security, and a resilient IT landscape across plant and office environments.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in infrastructure, familiarity with VMware ESXi, Azure Stack, AD/GPO, and strong scripting with PowerShell. This fixed-term position offers benefits and opportunities within a global automotive innovator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or related field preferred, hands-on accepted.
• 3–5 years of network, systems or infrastructure administration experience.
• ITIL, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft certifications are assets.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, file/print services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, conditional access and hybrid identity.

Responsibilities

• Assess technology impact and IT infrastructure trends for business.
• Analyze requirements and recommend improvements or capital projects.
• Maintain endpoint hardware, software, access, security, backup standards.
• Deploy and manage servers, network gear, and related IT services.
• Support VMware ESXi, Azure Stack HCI, and data center clusters.
• Monitor capacity, performance, and security; plan upgrades and patches.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and connectivity issues.
• Provide help desk escalation and on-site support as needed.
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy and hybrid identity environments.
