Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Network Performance Manager to join our team remotely in Canada. The successful candidate will provide real-time coaching on ways to overcome identified performance trends, teach contractors how to effectively utilize business tools to become more efficient, and make recommendations on ways current processes may be improved to gain efficiencies. Will be responsible for interacting with contractors, district managers, as well as adjusters.

Responsibilities
  1. Organize, plan, and prepare for Quality Review Meetings with individual contractor locations
  2. Facilitate contractor performance support initiative, including monthly reporting and follow-up meetings.
  3. Assist in creating online modules for business tools to teach the contractor network
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining job aides for the contractor network.
  5. Assist in providing technical industry expertise to internal team members, e.g., leading training sessions with other internal departments
  6. Provide data review, analysis, and monthly reporting of individual contractor and regional performance results.
  7. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to contractors based on contractor performance.
  8. Subject matter expert for Contractor Connection processes and program requirements
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, construction, or a related discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years training, coaching, and/or leadership experience
  3. Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience preferred
  4. Residential Property Insurance training experience preferred
  5. Familiar with residential and commercial construction, restoration means, and methods
  6. Knowledgeable in using Xactimate
  7. Able to pull, analyze, and present data and findings
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. Excellent time management and organization skills
  10. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  11. Performance Management experience
  12. Minimal travel may be required for industry events
