What We Need

We seek an enthusiastic, relationship-oriented, and technically skilled individual to join our Services Engineering Team as a Network Automation Engineer. You will help clients innovate through no-code automation.

The Impact You’ll Make

You will drive the adoption of our automation platform, build relationships across client organizations, design automation architectures, and provide leadership and training. Your role involves evaluating client needs, proposing solutions, and collaborating with sales, customer success, and technical teams.

What You'll Do

• Advance network automation transformation for global enterprises and MSPs.
• Identify high-impact automation targets through ITSM data analysis.
• Design automation solutions based on customer network technologies and existing documentation.
• Train and develop customer engineers in automation practices.
• Architect and implement automation solutions for resolving customer issues.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Who You Are

• Hold a degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, preferably in a partner/post-sales or consulting role.
• Experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledgeable about networking fundamentals.
• Capable of working independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
