Job summary

Focus on the Family Canada is seeking a Business Systems Administrator in Langley, BC. You will support NetSuite and other core business systems, acting as a bridge between ministry teams, operations, technology platforms, and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of ERP administration, NetSuite expertise, and ITIL/Power BI training. The role reports to the Director of IT and offers a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour work week and a salary of $65,000–$70,000 CAD per year.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years administering or supporting an ERP system or comparable business-applications platform, including hands-on configuration. Direct NetSuite administration experience is strongly preferred.
• Training or certification in ITIL, Power BI, NetSuite, or CRM administration is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration: users, roles, permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, and record customizations.
• Develop and troubleshoot SuiteScript and SuiteFlow solutions with ERP Manager and external developers.
• Document system customizations, promote standard platform functionality, and ensure sustainability and scalability.
• Apply change-management practices with sandbox testing, documentation, and controlled deployments using SDF or equivalent.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
