Description du poste

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NetSuite Alliances Manager based in Canada.

In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships and support business growth across the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem. You will take ownership of the go-to-market alliance strategy, building strong relationships with NetSuite representatives, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders. Your main objective will be to turn these relationships into measurable business opportunities by generating referrals, strengthening co-selling initiatives, and expanding the partner network. You will organize strategic events, enable partner teams, and showcase successful customer projects to increase market visibility and engagement. Working closely with practice leadership and delivery teams, you will help shape and develop the alliance function while contributing directly to revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, strategic collaboration, and building scalable partnerships in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market partner strategy across the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem, strengthening the organization's position as a preferred implementation and services partner.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with NetSuite Direct, Account Management Organization (AMO), Selection, Financial Account Business (FAB), and Private Equity (PE) teams across different operating units.

  • Organize and manage in-person partner engagement initiatives, including lunch-and-learns, office visits, quarterly business reviews, networking events, and industry-specific customer gatherings.

  • Manage event planning, logistics, budgets, and performance to maximize partner engagement and return on investment.

  • Educate and enable NetSuite representatives on the organization's services, capabilities, differentiators, and partnership opportunities.

  • Convert strategic relationships into qualified business opportunities by managing the entire referral lifecycle, from lead submission and tracking to attribution and credit within NSCorp and Salesforce.

  • Activate Solution Development Network (SDN) partners and develop initiatives to increase referral generation and collaboration across the partner ecosystem.

  • Create and regularly distribute customer success stories, project wins, and business outcomes to NetSuite representatives and strategic partners.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key partnership performance indicators, including generated pipeline, sourced leads, partner representative activation, event ROI, and partner portal compliance.

  • Use performance data and relationship insights to prioritize activities, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve partnership strategies.

  • Collaborate with practice leadership and internal delivery teams to identify success stories, celebrate customer outcomes, and strengthen the organization's market positioning.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in alliance management or strategic partnerships within a professional services firm, ideally in the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of the Oracle NetSuite partner organization, including Direct, AMO, Selection, FAB, and PE teams, as well as familiarity with the NSCorp partner portal.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a broad professional network, build trusted relationships, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders and partner representatives.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing, approachable, and relationship-oriented personality.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate professional relationships into measurable business opportunities, referrals, and revenue growth.

  • Strong self-management skills, with the ability to independently organize schedules, prioritize activities, and take ownership of objectives without requiring day-to-day supervision.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to monitor pipeline performance, evaluate referral metrics, measure event effectiveness, and make informed strategic decisions.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including regular use of reporting tools, dashboards, and pipeline management features.

  • Strong organizational and event management skills, including experience coordinating partner meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

  • Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, field events, and industry conferences, including major NetSuite events such as SuiteWorld.

Benefits:
  • Competitive, market-benchmarked compensation, with salary details varying by region and discussed during the initial interview process.

  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility, offering the opportunity to work remotely.

  • Direct reporting relationship with the Vice President of NetSuite Practice and regular access to senior practice leadership.

  • Opportunity to help build and shape the alliance management function from an early stage.

  • Exposure to a leading Oracle NetSuite alliance ecosystem and a recognized Salesforce partnership network.

  • Travel opportunities for partner meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

  • Strong internal delivery team providing successful project outcomes, customer references, and compelling success stories to support business development.

  • Collaborative, people-focused culture that values professional growth, knowledge sharing, authenticity, integrity, and teamwork.
