Qualifications

• 4 years experience with C# 7.0.
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server 2019.
• Experience with GitHub or any version control system.
• Experience with WebForms framework 4.7.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming Web APIs.
• Working knowledge of XML for data exchange.
• Hands-on experience with front-end development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript for dynamic web interfaces.
• AWS experience.
• UI development familiarity.
• Experience with system integrations.

Responsibilities

Overview

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Developer (B2B Integration) position. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Toronto, ON. This role will be a T4 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing

• Support the modernization of the National Produce Consultants (NPC) system
• Onboard new customers to the NPC B2B system including system integration and configuration
• Perform configuration code and stored procedure / database changes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including international teams (e.g. India-based developers)
• Balance day-to-day tasks with approx. 60% database development and 40% application coding
• Collaborate using Azure DevOps GitHub and related tools
• Translate technical concepts for client stakeholders in simple terms

What Youll Need to Have

• 4 years experience with C# 7.0
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server 2019 (Stored Procedures)
• Experience with GitHub or any version control system
• Experience with WebForms framework 4.7
• Proficiency in developing and consuming Web APIs
• Working knowledge of XML for data exchange
• Hands-on experience with front-end development
