NTT DATA Services is seeking a .NET / AWS Technical Lead for a remote Canada role. You will design modern web apps and microservices using .NET and AWS, guiding architecture decisions and aligning with business goals.

Lead engineering teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. Mentor junior developers, enforcing engineering standards and best practices, while delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in software design, development, and team leadership.
• 5+ years experience in Core Stack: Strong proficiency in .NET, REST APIs, Microservices, and Entity Framework Core.
• 5+ years experience in AWS Services: Hands-on experience with EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
• 5+ Frontend & Database: Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like React.js or Angular, alongside databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• 5+ DevOps & Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Day to Day job Duties

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $104,900 to $154,800. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered is temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation. This position is eligible for the Company’s comprehensive benefits program in Canada, including customizable health and dental coverage with telemedicine, wellness credits, and gym discounts.
