Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, SaaS modernization, and cloud adoption is highly valued. Healthcare experience across payer, provider, revenue cycle management (RCM), coordination of benefits (COB), and healthcare analytics is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software products, enhancements, modernization initiatives, and transformation programs.
  • Own project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management.
  • Ensure delivery commitments are achieved within agreed scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Drive Agile delivery practices, sprint and release planning, and program governance.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting, performance updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead delivery planning and contribute to proposals, RFP responses, solutioning, and effort estimation.
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-hosted applications and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, integration designs, and solution roadmaps.
  • Provide architectural governance and technical oversight across product engineering and delivery initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, frameworks, and integration patterns.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into practical, scalable technical architectures.
  • Support cloud adoption, SaaS transformation, application modernization, and platform optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership for CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and engineering best practices.
  • Work across cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
Integration, Testing & Production Readiness
  • Provide technical leadership throughout development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to identify and resolve integration and technical issues.
  • Review test scenarios, acceptance criteria, integration points, and overall solution readiness.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Ensure applications meet functional, technical, security, performance, and operational requirements.
  • Support production deployment planning, operational readiness, and client handover.
  • Develop and maintain architecture, integration, technical, and operational documentation.
  • Conduct technical onboarding and stakeholder training as required.
  • Serve as a primary technical and delivery contact for clients, business stakeholders, and technology leadership.
  • Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, solution discussions, and alignment meetings.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps, and Support teams.
  • Mentor architects, engineering leads, and delivery professionals while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
