Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a skilled FullStack Engineer in Halifax, Canada, to join a team delivering cloud-based Java Spring applications with a focus on scalable microservices and REST integrations.

You will collaborate across teams to advance CI/CD, testing, and reliability while working with Oracle/PostgreSQL databases and messaging systems, potentially in hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years solid experience with java spring-based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot.
• 5+ years hands on experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus.
• 5+ years experience with building applications with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.
• Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture.
• Understanding and experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with software testing approaches and tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
• Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud-based software applications.
• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.

We are currently seeking a FullStack Engineer - Halifax Canada to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

Role and Responsibilities

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $90,000-120,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered is temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
