WQS Group is seeking an NDT Site Operations Supervisor to lead daily field operations across projects and client sites. You will supervise crews, coordinate staffing, equipment, and logistics while maintaining safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will mentor field personnel, conduct site visits, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations. A strong operational leader with experience in field supervision is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Staff and mobilize crews, equipment, and materials for field work.
• Supervise daily field operations across projects and client sites, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.
• Provide leadership, onboarding, training, coaching, and workforce planning support for field personnel.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, safety, and project requirements.
• Serve as primary operational contact for clients, communicating updates and requirements to leadership.
• Coordinate deployment, maintenance, and use of NDT equipment and field assets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and safety standards.
