Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin (CMHA Peel Dufferin) seeks a full-time Navigator for the Homeless and Addictions Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub in Orangeville, Ontario. You will conduct client assessments, provide immediate interventions and develop service plans within a multidisciplinary team to support people experiencing homelessness.
The role operates 12:30pm–8:30pm, with some weekends and statutory holidays.
Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin (CMHA Peel Dufferin) is pleased to partner with various agencies in Dufferin, to offer services to the local community at the Homeless and Addictions Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub.
HART Hubs are community-based care hubs designed to address mental health, addiction and housing needs for people experiencing homelessness. They provide integrated care, offering a wide range of services such as primary care, mental health services, addiction care and employment support.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Navigator will complete all necessary assessments to better understand client needs, provide appropriate immediate interventions, and develop a plan for additional services as part of a stepped-care approach.
Status: Permanent full-time. Shift time is 12:30pm-8:30pm, including some weekends/statutory holidays. Note, this posting is for an active vacancy.
Salary: $62,425.03 - $73,441.21 annually. (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary)
