Principales fonctions et responsabilités :
  • Inscrire les patients aux divers programmes de PCI.
  • Gérer la navigation du remboursement des patients et assurer la coordination avec les programmes internes et externes, les patients, l'équipe de la pharmacie, les partenaires et les médecins.
  • Traiter et obtenir les couvertures d’assurance pour les patients, en gérant la communication avec les fournisseurs publics et privés.
  • Faire la liaison avec les rendez-vous, cliniques, programmes de soutien aux patients et divisions de pharmacies.
  • Maintenir des données exactes dans les dossiers des patients et les lecteurs.
  • Signaler les événements indésirables, les événements graves, et les plaintes relatives aux produits conformément à la formation et aux politiques d'Innomar.
  • S’assurer que le client reçoit les bonnes ordonnances.
  • Maintenir le flux de travail en déterminant l’ordre de priorité des tâches et en travaillant en équipe.
  • Préparer et traiter les factures, demandes de règlement, remboursements et documents connexes.
  • Vérifier les factures et autres documents.
  • Assumer d’autres fonctions et tâches au besoin, de temps à autre.
  • Peut nécessiter de rester en disponibilité/attente.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
  • Enroll patients in various ICP programs.
  • Manage reimbursement navigation, coordinating with Innomar and other programs, patients, pharmacy team, partners, and physicians.
  • Process and secure reimbursement coverage, managing communication with payers.
  • Liaise with scheduling, clinics, patient support, and pharmacy divisions.
  • Maintain accurate data in patient files and systems.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints per policies.
  • Verify patients receive correct prescriptions.
  • Prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prepare and process billing, claims, and reimbursements.
  • Review invoices and related documents.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • May be on standby/on call.
Experience and education requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • At least two years’ experience in reimbursement navigation with public and private payers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Canadian drug reimbursement landscape and pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
  • Experience in patient support programs is an asset.
Minimum skills, knowledge, and abilities:
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical reimbursement services industry.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience with cold-chain distribution and sterile preparations is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
