Job summary

Concept Naval in Québec City is seeking an experienced Naval Architecture Technician / Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects in the maritime sector. The role combines engineering oversight, drafting supervision, and client liaison to deliver on time and within budget.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (37.5 hours/week), a competitive salary range, and benefits such as group insurance and RRSP plan. French and English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• DEC in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and working knowledge of French.
• Autonomous, organized and detail oriented.
• Strong client-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients, define project scopes, and manage priorities.
• Deliver engineering work within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise drawings and specifications produced by drafters.
• Contribute to propulsion, hull structures, piping, HVAC, and onboard services design.
• Prepare analysis reports for hydrodynamics and stability.
• Prepare project progress and knowledge-sharing reports.
