Job summary

Jardeg is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager – Staff Recruitment to lead our national Staff Recruitment team supporting hiring across Canada. This team attracts and hires talent for Graham's major projects, operational teams, and corporate functions, from junior professionals to senior and executive roles.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will lead an experienced team, partnering with Corporate HR, business leaders, and peers to shape hiring strategies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive recruitment or HR experience in a medium-to-large organization.
• Experience leading and developing recruitment teams (min 2 years).
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting complex hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national staff recruitment team across Canada.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build partnerships with leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes.
