Job summary

Keolis Canada is seeking a Driver Development Manager to govern and advance national driver training programs across divisions, delivering classroom, practical, and behind-the-wheel instruction. Qualifications

Advanced education in transportation, safety, training, fleet operations or related discipline.
Equivalent industry experience in commercial passenger transportation and driver instruction.
Clean commercial drivers abstract.
Defensive driving instructor certifications or train-the-trainer status (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Govern and advance the national driver development framework across divisions.
Provide classroom, practical and behind-the-wheel instruction for Class 2/B operators.
Lead instructor development, coaching, and competency assessments.
Ensure alignment with federal, provincial, and municipal regulations.
Collaborate with Directors, Operations, HR and Safety teams to implement improvements.
