BGIS is seeking a National Director, Lease Admin, Audit & Landlord Management in Markham, ON (and Toronto) to lead a large team delivering lease administration, lease audit and landlord management services for major corporate clients. The role shapes portfolio strategy, drives operational excellence, and leads RFP responses and technology rollouts.

Successful candidate will influence executive leadership, manage budgets, and ensure scalable, compliant service delivery across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• University graduation or professional certification (e.g., P. Eng., CMA, CGA or equivalent courses).
• Must have experience and a solid understanding of leasing, lease admin, property taxation and tax appeal disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, diverse, high-performing team and drive change management.
• Oversee lease administration, lease audit and related technology platforms across client accounts.
• Provide input into portfolio strategy and optimization, and ensure service delivery meets KPIs.
