Job description

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (32.5 hours/week)
About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny to provide full-time childcare in a private home in Calgary. This role involves caring for children of varying ages and supporting their daily routines, development, and well‑being in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and emotional well‑being
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Support toilet training and personal hygiene development
  • Plan and organize engaging activities (games, outings, etc.)
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment (light housekeeping, laundry, general cleaning)
  • Care for pets as needed
  • Follow parents’ guidance and household routines
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of relevant childcare experience
  • Emergency childcare first aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to pass reference checks and a vulnerable sector check
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
Work Environment & Expectations

  • Physically active role (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)
