Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative for Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, a leader in next-generation networking solutions for the mobile enterprise. Visit our website for more information.

Specific Duties:
  1. Set short- and long-term goals and quotas aligned with corporate objectives.
  2. Sell products to new and existing customers in your region to meet or surpass quotas.
  3. Identify prospective customers, determine their needs, and deliver tailored sales presentations.
  4. Develop business through prospecting, responding to RFPs, and preparing proposals.
  5. Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and development teams.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aruba Networks products to enhance sales efforts.
  7. Handle pre-sales functions as needed.
  8. Focus on solutions and project goals in your communications.
  9. Keep accurate sales records and generate reports.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  11. Maintain a 90-day rolling forecast.
  12. Manage evaluation programs and understand regional competition and market conditions.
