Job summary

BC Nails & Spa in Charlottetown, PEI, is seeking an experienced salon operations supervisor to lead daily activities, ensure quality client service and maintain a smooth running spa. This on-site role requires strong organizational and leadership skills.

You will plan and organize daily operations, hire and train staff, manage budget and inventory, and address customer concerns while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/spa management is an asset.
• On-site work at Charlottetown, PEI is required.
• College/CEGEP education is required.
