Job summary

Siemens Energy Canada in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a Performance Controller to partner with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams. You will ensure reliable forecasts, analyze opportunities, and monitor risks to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office including Power BI.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines and managing multiple deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget development and 5 Year Plan by analyzing trends and consolidating data.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings including journals and reconciliations.
• Document and maintain Order Booking processes and controls, tests and monitors controls.
• Prepare monthly forecasting focused on order booking, profitability, SG&A and headcount.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce and analyze cost center variances.
• Contribute to special projects such as system updates and process improvements.
