Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering Technology or related discipline with municipal relevance.
• Strong knowledge of municipal design, bylaws and servicing standards.
• Experience with cost estimates, budgets and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, schedule and administer municipal infrastructure programs and projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, reports, schedules and budgets for road, water and drainage works.
• Review designs, drawings, tenders and RFPs and coordinate tendering.
• Inspect sites, verify compliance and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
