Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited in Canada is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Manager to join either our Water Wastewater or Linear Municipal Infrastructure team. This new position is based at our London, Windsor, or Kitchener office, with flexible hours and hybrid work arrangement options to help balance work and personal life.

You will lead the strategy and execution of high-value engineering solutions, coordinate design teams, and liaise with clients and government agencies while supporting

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer or eligible to register.
• Degree in civil, environmental or chemical engineering.
• 10+ years of water wastewater experience with technical leadership.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Experience in client/business development with private sector accounts; manufacturing sector is asset.
• Thorough knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and drive execution of high-value engineering solutions for municipal projects.
• Coordinate design teams and liaise with clients, regulators, sub-consultants and staff.
• Develop new business opportunities, proposals and qualifications to grow the firm.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
• Travel to Dillon offices as needed.
