Position Overview
Provide quality, cost effective professional engineering services related to the planning, design, specifications, tendering and construction phases of various City Capital and Operating Projects.

Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree in engineering preferably in Civil as well as a minimum of four years progressive experience ideally in a similar work environment. Priority will be given to candidates with applicable experience in design and construction management related to the water, wastewater, storm water and transportation infrastructure fields. Candidates must be eligible for membership as a registered Professional Engineer with APEGNB or be registered as a member-in-training.
The successful applicant may be eligible to participate in a Flexible Time Options Program which includes the option of working a 4 or 5-day work week, subject to business requirements.
