Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within building operations is required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks preferred.
• A current and clear criminal record check from a Canadian Police Information Centre is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance problems and determine corrective actions.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, cabinets, drywall, walls, and other components.
• Perform painting, surface prep, drywall repair, caulking, and finishing work.
• Inspect mechanical rooms and building systems; document deficiencies and actions.
