Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to keep our office facilities safe, clean and functional. This on-site role involves routine upkeep, minor repairs, coordinating with vendors, and supporting office moves across Oakville, Waterloo, and Toronto.

You will use Jira for requests, manage supplies, and assist with the Pool Car program. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in related work are required; travel is expected between offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in janitorial services, building maintenance, facilities coordination, or a related field.
• Ability to perform minor repairs to building systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, problem solving, and service oriented teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and maintenance of interior and exterior spaces across Geotab locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and management for facility repairs and services.
• Set up/relocate furniture for moves, events, and workspace changes.
• Respond to facility emergencies and after-hours requests as needed.
• Travel between Oakville, Waterloo, Toronto, and other Geotab offices for maintenance.
