Splash Media Group is looking to expand our social media crew with an experienced Multimedia Content Creator / Social Media Strategist in our Prince George, BC office. We seek individuals who are highly creative, collaborative, with strong writing and grammar skills, and an eye for photography and video. You must be detail-oriented with a solid understanding of marketing strategy and storytelling. Staying in sync with social trends and platforms and adapting to news and trends quickly is essential.

This position joins our existing social media team. The successful candidate can expect to spend their days planning and executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content across various platforms, and shooting and developing short and long-form videos. Since our team and this role are highly collaborative, this is a work from the office position only, with potential for some travel and larger video projects outside of the social team.

This role is not entry-level, as social media is a key communication platform for our clients. Splash works with a diverse range of clients across Canada and the US, so pride in your work and maintaining quality standards are critical for success.

Importantly, this role does not involve working after hours, except in case of a client crisis, where the whole team will assist as needed. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. We value hard work, mutual support, and dedication to our clients. Since our teams in Kelowna, Kamloops, and Prince George collaborate closely, this is a work from the office only position.
