Job summary

Goodyear Napanee is seeking a Multi-Craft Technician to support manufacturing by troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing process equipment. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain machines, drive power distribution systems, instrumentation, hydraulics, and pneumatics while following OSHA and internal safety standards.

The role includes rotating shifts with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in a technical field such as electrical or mechanical techniques.
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
• Post-offer contingencies must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure optimum uptime across equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines, power distribution, instrumentation, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Perform PLC maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues.
• Interpret blueprints, manuals and specifications.
• Adhere to OSHA and site safety programs, wear PPE, and maintain housekeeping.
