Job summary

Goodyear Canada Inc. is hiring a Production Technician in Greater Napanee, ON to gain hands-on experience in producing high‑quality tire products. You will work in a manufacturing plant, focused on safety, quality, and teamwork, with extensive company investment in new hires.

The role requires lifting heavy materials, standing, bending and climbing as part of a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Shift days/nights, with overtime possible, on-site at Goodyear Napanee.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Must lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat and work at heights.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain a safe environment.
• Abide by standard work procedures and safety standards.
• Operate tire manufacturing equipment and related machinery.
• Meet quality expectations for output.
• Perform manual tasks in varying temperatures; lift, climb, stand, bend.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
