Position Details:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 / year

The Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport setting. Responsibilities include staff training and retention, delivering excellent hospitality, managing food and labor costs, shared P&L responsibility, shift management, maintaining sanitation, safety, and cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to company policies. This position reports directly to the on-site Director of Operations and manages Restaurant General Managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive restaurant management experience
  • Culinary management experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of multi-unit restaurant management with direct reports to General Managers
  • Minimum 3 years in full-service restaurants at the General Manager level, including bar management
  • Expertise in P&L management with coaching skills for General Managers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
