Position Details:
The Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport setting. Responsibilities include staff training and retention, delivering excellent hospitality, managing food and labor costs, shared P&L responsibility, shift management, maintaining sanitation, safety, and cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to company policies. This position reports directly to the on-site Director of Operations and manages Restaurant General Managers.
