Join our team as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager!
  • $80,000 - $85,000 / year

The Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager is responsible for all areas and aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport. Managerial tasks include, but are not limited to, training and retaining excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, managing food and labor costs, shared P&L responsibility, running shifts, maintaining sanitation, safety, and cleanliness, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The team of Restaurant General Managers reports directly to this position, which reports to the on-site Director of Operations.


Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive restaurant management experience
  • Culinary management experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year multi-unit restaurant management with direct reports to General Managers required
  • Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant experience at the General Manager level, including bar management
  • P&L expertise with the ability to teach and coach General Managers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook required
