Job summary

FIKA Company is seeking a Project Manager to take over site execution for complex, live retail programs across multiple stores in Canada. You will lead rebrands, renovations, and new openings, coordinating between internal teams and external consultants to keep stores open during construction.

The role demands autonomous site leadership, hands-on design input, and a disciplined approach to budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management in a fast-growing cannabis retail network.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years managing construction projects end to end.
• Ability to produce preliminary floor plans and fixture layouts in AutoCAD/SketchUp.
• Proven ability to read and redline construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Capture site conditions and requirements in a single visit.
• Produce preliminary floor plans and fixture layouts for briefing designers.
• Manage external architects, designers and engineers producing permit sets.
• Read drawings in the field and verify built work against them.
• Lead multi-store programs across stores and sectors.
