Job summary

The FIKA Company is seeking a Retail Experience Lead in Toronto to manage opening/closing duties and supervise staff on shift. You will maintain store standards, assist cashiers, and ensure exceptional customer service while executing cash handling and administrative duties.

You will guide and educate team members, escalate issues to store managers, and uphold compliance with company policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in all aspects of customer service.
• Clear criminal record.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification.

Responsibilities

• Open and Close retail store, including activating and deactivating alarms.
• Greet and assist customers while modeling exemplary conduct.
• Provide a high level of customer service; build relationships and suggest products.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and education of team members.
• Lead by example to uphold high service standards and resolve complaints.
