Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our team in Stratford. This full-time role covers inspection and repairs across commercial plumbing and drainage installations on diverse sites.

You will work to high standards, complete relevant documentation, and adhere to health and safety procedures. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred, with a background in maintenance or facilities management.

Qualifications

• Practical plumbing skills including installation, inspection and repairs.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities management environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
• Report defects and keep clients informed during visits.
• Complete work-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow health and safety procedures, Permit to Work and safe systems of working.

ROLE: Multi Skilled PlumberHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Stratford

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber who will work across a range of Mitie clients, undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

Role Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to work with a range of Mitie clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptions, and repairs.
• You should be capable of working to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
• You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
• You will have knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working, have good verbal and written communication, and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.

Required Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would have a background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
• C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
