Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / plumber to service a large residential estate in Battersea, South West London. The role involves M&E and fabric maintenance on a static site with a 40-hour week.

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, with overtime, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, and a company pension. No call outs required; progressive training opportunities available.

• Must provide copies of trade certificates (trade qualifications)
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 required
• Proven track record in commercial/property maintenance, high-end residential experience preferred

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Battersea, South West London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / plumber to be based at a large residential estate situated by Battersea, South West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or plumberwith a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site (3 Engineers). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider mechanical engineers or plumbers who have completed their apprenticeships (Must have C&G Level 2 as a minimum) who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Statatory Compliance
• HIU'sHours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

• Electrically, Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• High End Residential Experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large estate
