Job summary

Cozey in Mont-Royal, Canada, is seeking a Manager of Inventory Control to own the integrity of inventory across our fulfillment-center network. Reporting to the VP, Operations & Logistics, you will set standards, lead cycle counts, and drive improvements to keep stock accurate and ready to ship.

This on-site role partners with warehouse operations and demand planning, guiding staff at every site and turning data into decisions that protect both fulfillment performance and the customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• 2+ years leading a team or program across multiple fulfillment sites.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data and investigate discrepancies.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve inventory accuracy and planning outcomes.
• Track record of process improvement and increasing accuracy in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Clear, structured communication with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory control policies, procedures, and standards across the fulfillment center network and lead the cycle count strategy.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across all FC locations and drive timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Govern SKU-level tracking, audits, and adjustments within the WMS and monitor stock movement to ensure timely replenishment.
• Lead the year-end physical inventory and support SKU rationalization based on velocity and data.
• Identify and resolve inventory issues, guide allocation and replenishment, and partner on slotting optimization and shrinkage reduction.
• Set inventory control KPIs and develop training to standardize practice across sites.
• Own inventory reporting accuracy for the network and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and audit standards.
