Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales & Catering leader to direct the sales and catering teams across our multi-property portfolio. You will set strategies to meet revenue goals, build client relationships, and oversee seamless event execution with culinary, marketing, and operations colleagues.

You will leverage 4–5 years of senior sales and catering experience to drive growth, manage budgets, and coach a high-performing team in a dynamic hospitality setting at our properties in Canada

• Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and service excellence.
• Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
• Mentor and inspire your team through coaching, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
