Job summary

Kaizen Automotive Group is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to strengthen safety programs across Canada and the United States. You will partner with dealership leaders to drive compliance, coordinate training, and foster a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in safety, knowledge of OH&S legislation, and strong communication across multiple locations. This role supports investigations, audits, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline is required or asset.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation, incident investigations, and workers' comp processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dealership leadership to strengthen safety programs Canada/US.
• Maintain and improve Health & Safety Management System, policies, and safe practices.
• Coordinate Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and action items.
