Sunrise Farms is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Canada. The role involves full-cycle accounts payable for multiple entities, processing vouchers, 2- and 3-way matching invoices, and maintaining accurate payment records.

You will reconcile payments, prepare cheque runs and EFT/ACH transfers, and communicate with vendors. Experience in SAP Concur or AP automation is a plus; 2 years AP experience required.

Formación

• 2 years accounts payable experience required.
• Strong data entry skills with high volume invoices.
• Experience in SAP Concur or AP automation tools an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full cycle accounts payable for multiple companies and locations, processing vouchers and matching invoices.
• Prepare cheque runs and EFT/ACH payments.
• Reconcile payments with bank statements weekly.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers; escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain organized paperwork and filing; cover receptionist duties during lunch hour.
