Job summary

T&P in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager to work directly with clients and a cross-functional agency team to deliver multi-channel campaigns and programs. You will lead project management, studio output, and administration duties to support one of our key accounts, with exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit.

The base salary range is CA$55,000 to CA$63,000, with compensation reflecting location, responsibilities, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant ad agency or marketing environment experience.
• Experience leading projects and programs independently and collaboratively.
• Proven ability to partner with studio teams and manage production lifecycles.
• Experience managing multiple channel requirements (social, digital, radio, print, video).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead key client projects from brief to final asset handover.
• Manage production lifecycles with studio teams and agencies.
• Communicate with clients, write reports, and secure approvals.
• Support budget management and track project expenses.
• Collaborate across creative, production, and client teams to keep projects on track.
