Summary:

Under the supervision of Pins department head, the incumbent will program, set up and run Multi-Axis CNC lathe machines to prepare parts to the specifications for ongoing projects.

Job Terms:

Permanent, Full Time, shift rotation

Responsibilities:

- Program, set up and run Multi-Axis CNC lathe machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet strict deadlines
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Solid Machining experience
- Knowledge of HAAS, MAZAK or OKUMA CNC lathe controller programs is an asset
- Strong computer skills, MS applications savvy
- Willingness and ability to learn required control software
- Ability to multi-task, while paying attention to detail
