We are looking for a Junior Learning Assistant to help shape the next generation of Massage Therapy professionals. As a Junior Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and productive classroom experience.

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Preparing materials and setting up equipment for lessons
• Supporting students one‑on‑one or in small groups to reinforce key concepts
• Assisting with tutoring, marking, and distributing assignments
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Supervising and assisting in outreach and school events
• Helping with laundry duties to ensure linen supplies are available
• Observing and reporting student development to instructors

Requirements

• Registered Massage Therapist diploma
• Previous experience in teaching or as a learning assistant is preferred
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse learners
