Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree completed.
• Current registration in good standing with the College of Social Workers.
• Two to five years of recent related experience in a medical clinical setting.
• Ability to collaborate with interprofessional teams and families.
• Experience with geriatric patients and end-of-life situations.
• Knowledge of Mental Health legislation and MAID processes.
